Civil Construction Manager (EPC) - Oil Gas Separation Projects

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting, on behalf of a prestigious client in the Saudi Arabian oil and gas sector, a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee critical construction phases on major Saudi Aramco projects. The workplace is on site, in the SMP department. Candidates with a proven record delivering Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) projects will be strongly prioritised.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily construction activities on site, focusing on civil engineering and installation works, and ensure all phases finish on schedule, within budget and in line with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES).
• Manage, evaluate and coordinate a mix of international and local subcontractors, keeping them aligned with deliverables, schedules and safety mandates.
• Promote a zero-incident safety culture and full compliance with Aramco safety protocols such as work permits and GI requirements.
• Work with QA/QC teams so that civil and installation works pass client inspections and meet contractual quality standards.
• Review and approve construction methods, schedules and resource plans, and give detailed progress reports to project leadership and the client while resolving site bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Extensive, verifiable experience as a Construction Manager or senior site leader on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Hands-on experience managing heavy civil works and complex installation phases in oil and gas or heavy industry.
• Proven track record of managing a mixed portfolio of subcontractors.
• Deep knowledge of Aramco standards, procedures and safety regulations.
• Aramco experience is extensive and verifiable; GOSP experience is a strong priority.
