Civil Engineer – Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Civil Engineer to lead and manage real‑estate projects from planning through handover. The role involves supervising on‑site construction, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise project execution and monitor construction works on site.
• Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Track quality, progress, and schedule adherence.
• Prepare technical and periodic reports for management.
• Conduct quantity take‑offs and review shop drawings.
• Review project costs and budgets, maintaining financial control.
• Manage contractor payments, work progress, and cost tracking during execution.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and liaise with site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing and executing real‑estate projects.
• Experience working with contractors or real‑estate developers.
• Strong ability to read and prepare shop drawings.
• Proven planning, organizational, and project‑management skills.
• Based in Jeddah.
