Civil Foreman – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Civil Foreman will lead on‑site construction activities for projects in Saudi Arabia, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This full‑time position reports to the project manager or site engineer and coordinates directly with workers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, directing daily tasks and monitoring productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Interpret project drawings, blueprints, and structural specifications to guide the crew.
• Allocate resources, tools, and materials while minimizing waste.
• Inspect work in progress to verify compliance with quality standards, building codes, and technical specifications.
• Report daily progress, site issues, and worker performance to project managers or engineers.
• Resolve on‑site technical problems and staff disputes promptly.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in site supervision or construction management.
