Civil Maintenance Technician – Heavy Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance Technician to join our heavy‑manufacturing plant in Dammam, specializing in fence, steel fabrication and angle‑tower production. The role involves maintaining and repairing civil structures, foundations and building components to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive civil maintenance across the facility, including concrete floors, foundations, walls, drains and platforms.
• Inspect, diagnose and repair structural damage, cracks, leaks and deterioration in manufacturing areas.
• Carry out masonry, plastering, concrete repair, tiling and other civil works as required.
• Maintain factory buildings, workshops, storage areas, fencing, gates and related infrastructure.
• Support installation, modification and repair of equipment bases and foundations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with mechanical, electrical and production teams.
• Record completed work and report major defects to supervisors while following safety, health and environmental procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in fence manufacturing, steel fabrication or similar heavy‑industry environments.
• Strong knowledge of concrete, masonry, plastering, drainage and general building repairs.
• Physically fit and able to work in an industrial setting.
• Ability to work independently, identify issues and implement practical solutions safely.
