Civil Quality Engineer (Saudi National)

About the role

The Civil Quality Engineer will review civil scope of work, design, method statements, project quality plans and procedures, and implement the Quality Management System on site. The role involves inspecting civil work activities, coordinating with consultants and site in‑charge, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review civil scope of work, design, method statements and project specifications.
• Carry out inspections of civil work activities and incoming materials.
• Coordinate with consultants, site in‑charge and subcontractors to obtain approvals.
• Implement and use automation management tools such as Unifier and Oracle systems.
• Attend weekly client meetings and address internal and client audits.
• Prepare quality reports, logbooks, non‑conformance reports and update the Quality Management & Tracking System.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil QA/QC, preferably on substation projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
