Closing Specialist – Real Estate Transactions

About the role

The Closing Specialist will join GoldenArea Development in Jeddah, working in a hybrid environment to manage end‑to‑end real‑estate closing processes. This full‑time position ensures that each transaction complies with company standards and regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless experience for clients and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and verify all closing files and documentation.
• Coordinate with escrow agents, lenders, and internal teams to confirm loan terms, disbursements, and closing conditions.
• Track transaction milestones, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate timelines and status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Support process‑improvement initiatives and contribute to consistent, high‑quality customer experiences.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in closings and escrow processes.
• Experience reviewing loan documentation and coordinating with lenders.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to manage multiple files simultaneously.
• Proficiency with standard office software and transaction‑management tools; familiarity with real‑estate or financial systems is a plus.
• Ability to work reliably in a hybrid setting.
• Prior experience in real‑estate, title, banking, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is beneficial.
