Cloud Security Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Security Consultant to provide technical leadership at the intersection of rapid software development and cloud infrastructure security. The role ensures that cloud deployments comply with NCA Cloud Cybersecurity Controls (CCC) while embedding security directly into the deployment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and harden cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.
• Secure Kubernetes and container orchestration environments through hardened container images.
• Integrate automated security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed security controls throughout the software delivery process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3–6+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering and DevSecOps.
• Relevant certifications such as CCSP, AWS Security Specialty, or Azure Security Engineer.

Required skills

• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Kubernetes and container technologies (Docker).
• CI/CD pipeline tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Automated security scanning tools (e.g., Snyk, Trivy).
• Cloud platforms: AWS and Azure security services.
