Cluster Commercial Director – Luxury Resorts

About the role

The Cluster Commercial Director will lead the Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and Public Relations functions for Six Senses Amaala and Six Senses Southern Dunes, ensuring the brand’s vision of sustainability, wellness and unique experiences is delivered across both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a unified commercial strategy, annual sales and marketing plan, and revenue budget for both resorts.
• Set and monitor performance targets such as RevPAR, market share and profitability in partnership with Finance.
• Lead, coach and manage the cluster’s Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management and PR teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, travel partners, luxury consortia and DMCs to drive business.
• Represent the resorts at trade shows, sales trips and industry events to increase brand awareness.
• Oversee pricing, distribution and channel strategy to maximise revenue.
• Collaborate with General Managers and the executive team to ensure product standards and guest service excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• 8‑10 years progressive experience in luxury hotel sales and marketing, including 3‑5 years in a senior commercial or director‑level role, preferably across multiple properties.
• Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results in high‑end hospitality environments.
