Cluster Commercial Manager

About the role

As a Cluster Commercial Manager at Hilton you will lead commercial strategy across multiple revenue streams, delivering memorable guest experiences while driving top‑line performance and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies for Group, Conference & Events, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure and Spa.
• Partner with General Managers and Finance to optimise revenue, cost of sales and profit margins.
• Oversee pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting and revenue management practices.
• Coordinate on‑property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce and public relations activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams and external partners.
• Lead, engage and develop a high‑performing commercial team.
