Cluster Communications Manager

About the role

The Cluster Communications Manager will lead public relations and communications for Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea, two flagship luxury destinations in Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh with regular travel to both sites, you will shape narratives that highlight each property’s heritage, wellness focus, and regenerative vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies to boost brand awareness across local, regional, and international markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, influencers, government communication offices, and cultural institutions throughout Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and priority global markets.
• Lead the creation, review, and distribution of press releases, media kits, executive speeches, statements, Q&As, fact sheets, and thought‑leadership content.
• Collaborate with corporate communications, sales & marketing, destination partners, and operational leaders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, manage crisis communications, and protect brand integrity.

Required profile

• Proven experience in communications or public relations within luxury hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong storytelling ability and understanding of cultural, governmental, and tourism landscapes in the Middle East.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with media, influencers, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, travel regularly, and thrive in a high‑visibility environment.
