Cluster Director of Human Resources

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR professional to lead the human resources function across our hotel cluster. The Cluster Director of Human Resources will shape HR strategy, drive talent acquisition, and ensure a high‑performing, engaged workforce that supports our business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and direct all HR facets including recruitment, coaching, compensation & benefits, health & safety, performance management and succession planning.
• Recruit high‑caliber employees within budgeted staffing plans to meet business targets.
• Provide functional direction and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Act as a sounding board for colleague concerns, mediate solutions and initiate necessary changes.
• Coach and counsel on performance management and employee‑relations issues.
• Maintain high colleague satisfaction and team spirit through active participation in hotel core committees.
• Ensure effective communication throughout the hotel.
• Establish annual HR objectives, budgets and programs aligned with the hotel’s strategic plan.
• Foster a cooperative working climate that maximizes productivity and morale.

Required profile

• University degree in a related discipline or a professional HR designation.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar HR leadership role.
• Computer literate with proficiency in a computerized payroll system.
• Fluent in English; previous Gulf experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated career progression and stability.
