Cluster Financial Controller

About the role

The Cluster Financial Controller is the senior finance leader for a portfolio of seven Saudi Arabian companies operating in logistics, tank cleaning, inspection, water services, trading, crane hire and equipment rental. Reporting to the Group CFO, the role oversees financial control, reporting, governance, cash flow and performance for a US$150 million revenue base and 1,200 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across all seven companies and act as the principal advisor to the Executive Director and Group CFO.
• Provide financial insight on profitability, risk, cash flow and support commercial decisions, bids, pricing and investment cases.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and consolidation of cluster performance.
• Maintain strong financial controls, audit readiness and compliance with Group policies, IFRS and Saudi statutory requirements.
• Oversee tax, Zakat, VAT and regulatory filings, coordinating with Group Tax and external advisors.
• Drive working‑capital discipline, cash‑flow forecasting and treasury coordination for the cluster.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with experience close to CFO level.
• Proven track record managing finance for multi‑company portfolios in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Saudi VAT, ZATCA, Zakat and corporate tax regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial reporting.
• Experience in audit coordination, internal controls and treasury management.
