Cluster IT Coordinator

About the role

The Cluster IT Coordinator will oversee technology operations for two luxury resorts – Miraval The Red Sea and Grand Hyatt The Red Sea. You will ensure consistent, efficient, and secure IT services across both properties, supporting both on‑site and remote users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for on‑site and remote issues across the hotel cluster.
• Administer and maintain servers, network devices, and Microsoft‑based systems in line with Hyatt brand standards.
• Support implementation of IT projects, system upgrades, and vendor installations.
• Enforce IT policies, procedures, and cybersecurity protocols uniformly across locations.
• Conduct staff training on IT tools, systems, and security best practices.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including procurement, allocation, and disposal tracking.
• Assist with data backups, recovery processes, system monitoring, and audit preparation.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, configurations, and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of IT experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Saudi national preferred.
