Cluster Sales Manager

About the role

The Cluster Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales opportunities across multiple hotel properties, building long‑term customer relationships and ensuring the hotel remains a market leader. You will analyse market trends, develop strategies for new and repeat business, and deliver revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential clients in offline segments and add them to the sales pipeline.
• Promote the hotel’s products and services through regular sales visits and presentations.
• Understand client requirements and match them with appropriate hospitality solutions.
• Provide after‑sales service, handle feedback and escalate issues when necessary.
• Achieve top‑line revenue objectives and set revenue targets for assigned segments.
• Implement cost‑effective sales activities and yield strategies to maximise profitability.
• Prepare accurate and timely market, competition and sales reports.
• Support the Head of Department with additional duties as required.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience in a 5‑star hotel environment, preferably in a cluster role.
• Strong market awareness, proactive attitude and detail‑oriented.
• Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent customer relations, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and positively in a busy environment.
• Valid driver’s licence preferred.
