CNC Maintenance Technician – Dammam 2nd Industrial City

About the role

The CNC Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for maintaining and improving CNC equipment across operations, production, and facilities. The role involves designing, scaling, and executing maintenance processes to ensure optimal machine performance and plant reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and unscheduled maintenance on CNC machines, including electrical and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, coordinate with OEMs, and execute emergency repairs as needed.
• Install upgrades and new equipment to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies to minimise downtime.
• Document all maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Support special projects that improve machine performance.

• Understanding of how maintenance activities integrate with overall plant objectives.
• No supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload.
