CNC Operator – Laser Cutting – Ministry of Defense, Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team supporting the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on laser cutting operations, ensuring high‑quality parts are produced safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Machine setup: load cutting programs, calibrate laser intensity, beam focal point, feed rate, and install appropriate fixtures for each material.
• Operation: safely load, position, and unload raw materials and finished parts.
• Quality control: perform dimensional inspections using calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify compliance with engineering drawings.
• Maintenance: conduct routine preventive maintenance such as cleaning optics, checking nozzles, and clearing debris.
• Troubleshooting: monitor cutting processes, identify and resolve malfunctions, material defects, or programming errors.
• Safety & compliance: follow strict safety protocols, wear required protective equipment, and maintain a clean work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC laser machines.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
