Collections Specialist

About the role

The Collections Specialist will manage day‑to‑day receivables for Trukker’s Saudi Arabia customer portfolio, ensuring timely cash recovery, reducing overdue ageing, and maintaining clean, reconciled accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of KSA customer accounts and achieve monthly collection targets.
• Follow up on due and overdue invoices via calls, emails and on‑site visits; escalate ageing accounts per process.
• Share invoices, statements and supporting documents (PODs, delivery notes) and resolve payment‑blocking queries.
• Reconcile customer accounts, allocate receipts accurately, and clear unapplied cash or short payments.
• Coordinate with Sales/KAM, Operations and Finance to resolve billing disputes and documentation gaps.
• Track and report DSO, ageing buckets, collection forecasts and daily activity.
• Negotiate payment plans within approved limits and flag accounts for credit hold or legal action.
• Maintain detailed records of all collection activity in the system.
• Support ZATCA e‑invoicing compliance for invoicing and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field.
• 3–6 years of B2B collections, accounts receivable or credit control experience.
• GCC experience required; KSA market experience strongly preferred.
• Background in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain is a plus.
• Strong follow‑up discipline, negotiation skills and comfort dealing with customer finance teams.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred for KSA customers.
• Valid KSA driving licence preferred for customer visits.
