Commercial Executive – Field Sales & Retail Expansion

About the role

Nutrili, a fast‑growing wellness brand, is seeking a Commercial Executive to drive B2B and retail expansion across Riyadh. Based in Riyadh, the role involves regular field work, building relationships with pharmacies, stockists and other partners, and supporting in‑market activations.

Key responsibilities

• Map Riyadh to identify potential pharmacies, stockists, venues and partners; build relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Support new listings through outreach, follow‑ups and negotiations; spend regular time in the field visiting prospects and existing partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, support promotions, sampling and activation initiatives, and ensure proper product placement and merchandising.
• Assist B2B order processing and tracking, onboard new customers, coordinate with finance and operations for timely fulfilment, and follow up on outstanding payments.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in health, wellness or consumer brands.
• Driven, proactive and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• 2–5 years experience in sales, operations, trade marketing or a related role.

Required skills

• Effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to negotiate and brief creators directly.
