Community Supervisor

About the role

The Community Supervisor creates a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging living environment within a residential compound. This position focuses on communication, relationship‑building, and community engagement rather than operational ticketing or maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead resident move‑in orientations, explain community rules, and introduce communication channels.
• Address and mediate interpersonal issues, de‑escalating conflicts professionally.
• Collect resident feedback and share insights with the Compound Manager.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute the annual community events calendar in partnership with the Marketing Team.
• Organize social and cultural events such as national holidays, family gatherings, movie nights, and seasonal celebrations.
• Coordinate with vendors, event companies, and external partners for recurring activities.
• Develop and oversee sports programs, tournaments, leagues, and friendly matches for all age groups.
• Source, onboard, and manage sports coaches (e.g., football, padel, swimming, tennis).
• Supervise weekly activities for children, teens, and adults, ensuring smooth execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in community relations, event coordination, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mediation abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently.
