Procurement Manager – F&B Sector

About the role

Bayt Al Tawabel Holding is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across its food & beverage, hospitality and related business units. The role covers the full procurement cycle for food, beverage, packaging, operating supplies and indirect categories, working closely with culinary, operations, finance and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities across all major categories, including food, beverage, packaging and operating supplies.
• Manage sourcing, tendering and supplier selection processes, preparing and overseeing RFQ/RFP procedures.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms and service levels with suppliers.
• Build and maintain an approved supplier list and evaluate supplier performance, reliability, quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with culinary and operations teams on product specifications and quality standards.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
• Track procurement KPIs, supplier performance and budget savings.
• Ensure procurement processes are documented and aligned with company policies.
• Contribute to the development of scalable procurement systems and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of procurement experience, preferably in F&B, FMCG, hospitality or food supply‑chain environments.
• Strong commercial judgment, supplier negotiation experience and cost‑control mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑department environment.
• Knowledge of the Saudi market and supplier base is strongly preferred.
• CPSM or CIPS certification is a plus.
