Company Incorporation Specialist

About the role

The Company Incorporation Specialist will lead end‑to‑end company formation and business‑setup processes for both local and foreign clients in Saudi Arabia. Acting as the primary liaison, you will ensure all incorporation, licensing and post‑incorporation activities are completed accurately, compliantly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full company‑setup lifecycle, from entity selection through commercial registration and license issuance.
• Prepare, review and submit incorporation documents such as Articles of Association, resolutions and powers of attorney.
• Coordinate with Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Investment (MISA), chambers of commerce, municipalities and sector regulators.
• Handle commercial registration (CR) issuance, amendments, renewals and cancellations.
• Support foreign‑investment licensing and ownership structuring.
• Arrange post‑incorporation services including tax (ZATCA), GOSI, national‑address registration, bank‑account opening and visa‑quota setup.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, providing updates on status, required documents and timelines.

Required profile

• Detail‑driven and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong client‑service orientation with proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent coordination skills across internal teams and government authorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Saudi Business Center platform.
• Experience using MISA platform.
• Familiarity with Qiwa platform.
• Knowledge of Muqeem platform.
• Understanding of GOSI platform.
• Ability to navigate ZATCA platform.
• Use of Balady platform.
• Handling National Address / SPL platform.
• Working with MHRSD platform.
