Compliance Expert

About the role

The Compliance Expert will guide the organization in meeting national and international cybersecurity regulations. This role focuses on audit support, awareness programs, and coordination with the National Cybersecurity Authority.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on audits and monitor compliance with cybersecurity controls.
• Prepare and share periodic compliance reports with the National Cybersecurity Authority.
• Review and support periodic cybersecurity audits and incident‑preparedness exercises.
• Develop and implement information‑security control compliance review plans.
• Coordinate penetration testing, Red Team activities, and phishing simulations with IT teams.
• Design and deliver security‑awareness programs across the organization.
• Assess technical projects for compliance with published standards.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, audit, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of national and international information‑security laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop compliance frameworks and manage exception policies.
• Experience conducting disaster‑response simulations and tabletop exercises.
