Security Delivery Senior Analyst

About the role

As a Security Delivery Senior Analyst you will own escalated security events, perform deep triage and investigation, and ensure incidents are handled consistently with SOC processes and runbooks.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of security incidents escalated from L1 analysts, perform detailed triage, validation and investigation, and document findings.
• Collaborate with SIEM administrators and security engineering teams to develop and refine detection use cases, identify gaps and support testing.
• Develop, maintain and improve SOPs, investigation playbooks and incident response plans, and share lessons learned across the SOC.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or cybersecurity monitoring environment.
• Hands‑on experience with security event triage, investigation, incident escalation and SIEM technologies.
• Strong understanding of incident response processes, security runbooks and severity classification.
• Ability to create and maintain SOPs, playbooks and incident response documentation.

Required skills

• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.
• SIEM detection use‑case development and correlation rules.
• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) solutions.
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Threat hunting and deeper incident investigation techniques.
• Relevant cybersecurity or SOC certifications.
