Computer Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Computer Technician to join our After‑Sales Service team. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting a range of devices including PCs, laptops, mobile phones, and smartwatches. You will provide technical support to customers and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Install screen protectors or coatings for mobile phones and smartwatches.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems for PCs and laptops.
• Install, activate, and troubleshoot Microsoft Office and antivirus software.
• Format and reinstall operating systems on mobile devices, PCs, and laptops.
• Transfer data between mobile devices of different brands and operating systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot printers and related peripherals.
• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Receive maintenance devices from customers and create service requests in the system.
• Diagnose and perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Experience in computer and mobile device maintenance.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with antivirus installation and activation.
• Basic understanding of printer configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail or service environment.
