Concierge – Guest Services Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Concierge to be the trusted guide and personal host for our guests at Rotana Hotels & Resorts in Saudi Arabia. You will deliver warm, attentive, and intuitive service that turns every guest interaction into a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally from arrival to departure, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• Supervise the Concierge team, handling luggage transfers and managing guest mail, packages, and messages.
• Keep the team updated on hotel services and ensure accurate information is provided to guests.
• Establish and control duty rosters, ensuring the department is fully staffed at all times.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or related field.
• Previous experience in a Front Office or Concierge role within a hotel.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Opera property‑management system.
• Computer literacy and ability to use standard office software.
