Concierge – Luxury Resort (Saudi National)

About the role

The Concierge will deliver personalized, anticipatory service to guests at Fairmont The Red Sea, a flagship resort within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s legendary hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, tailored service, offering expert recommendations on dining, entertainment, cultural experiences, transportation, and exclusive local attractions.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler Service, F&B, Spa, Security) to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with external luxury vendors and service providers to secure preferred access and exclusive experiences.
• Manage reservations, ticketing, transportation arrangements, and special requests with precision.
• Uphold Fairmont grooming, etiquette, and presentation standards while acting as a brand ambassador.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest‑relations role (5‑star or ultra‑luxury preferred).
• Les Clefs d’Or certification or eligibility highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of the local destination, luxury lifestyle offerings, and high‑end clientele expectations.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management systems for recording guest preferences and interactions.
