Conference Manager

About the role

The Conference Manager will lead the planning and execution of conferences and events in Riyadh, ensuring all logistical, technical, and participant needs are met from inception to post‑event evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop work plans, timelines and monitor their implementation for each conference.
• Identify venue, equipment, service and resource requirements and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
• Oversee site preparation, speaker and guest coordination, registration, and participant flow.
• Manage audio‑visual, lighting, technical and catering teams during events.
• Monitor budget, control expenses and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Lead work teams, assign tasks, and handle issues or emergencies on‑site.
• Collaborate with marketing, media and PR to promote conferences and prepare final reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Proven experience in organizing conferences or large‑scale events and managing suppliers and service teams.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite.
