About the role
dmg events is seeking a Saudi national Conference Producer to design and deliver high‑quality summit and workshop programmes for its construction portfolio. You will create compelling content, secure industry‑leading speakers, and ensure seamless onsite execution.
Key responsibilities
- Produce industry‑relevant summit, conference and workshop programmes.
- Manage CPD accreditation and oversee onsite delivery at events.
- Research market viability, identify key industry leaders and secure speakers.
- Maintain relationships with speakers, advisory boards and industry associations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sponsorship teams to promote programmes.
- Brief and supervise temporary staff during event execution.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years’ experience in content production for B2B events.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Strong networking and information‑gathering abilities.
- Excellent multitasking and ability to work under pressure.
