Construction Engineer Graduate Program – 1 Year

About the role

The Construction Engineer Graduate Program is a one‑year, full‑time initiative designed to accelerate the professional growth of recent engineering graduates. Participants will work within the Construction Management team (Electrical, Civil & Mechanical) in the Al Qassim region, gaining hands‑on experience on EPC turnkey projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Support construction management activities for power generation, water treatment and related projects.
• Assist senior engineers in planning, monitoring and reporting on project progress.
• Participate in site visits, inspections and coordination meetings.
• Contribute to problem‑solving efforts and documentation of technical solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, graduating in 2023, 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Saudi national (Saudization requirement).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication abilities.
