Construction Interface Manager – Expo 2030 Riyadh

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Construction Interface Manager to lead the delivery of the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure program. You will oversee all on‑site construction activities, ensuring they are safe, on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall construction interface for the Expo site, coordinating early works, utilities, streets, parks and legacy mixed‑use development.
• Supervise construction craft personnel, field engineering teams, and subcontractors.
• Administer contracts, control costs, monitor schedules, and handle field procurement.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
• Provide financial and accounting oversight for on‑site activities.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in construction site management and interface coordination.
• Strong leadership with the ability to drive multidisciplinary teams toward project goals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large‑scale infrastructure projects in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, authorities and internal stakeholders.
