Construction Manager (Road Projects)

About the role

IC İçtaş Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site activities for a major road and bridge project in Riyadh. The role involves overseeing all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and complete road and bridge construction works while managing timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and suppliers to ensure regulatory compliance and smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on‑site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in roads and highways construction.
• At least 5 years in a Construction Manager role on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Prior experience in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and site‑management capabilities.
