Consultant ICU – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Consultant to join a leading hospital in Saudi Arabia, providing expert care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver diagnosis, treatment, and management for critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
• Conduct regular ward rounds and supervise junior medical staff.
• Participate in on‑call duties, emergency procedures, and consultations.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Stay updated with advances in critical care and engage in continuous education.
• Mentor and serve as a role model for junior doctors and nursing staff.

Required profile

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Critical Care or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an ICU Consultant.
• Ability to work under pressure and make rapid decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proven record of high‑quality patient care and clinical outcomes.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
