Consulting Co‑op Internship – Gain Real Client Experience

About the role

Join Bain & Company’s Consulting Co‑op program in Saudi Arabia and work side‑by‑side with experienced consultants on live client projects. The programme begins with a one‑week induction and then places you in a case team where you will contribute to research, analysis and client interactions, building a solid foundation for a consulting career.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market and industry research to support case analyses.
• Gather, clean and interpret data to identify key insights.
• Assist in developing analytical models and presentations for clients.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute ideas to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with mentors and team members to deliver project deliverables on time.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with strong academic performance.
• Curiosity about how businesses make strategic decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic data analysis and quantitative reasoning.
