About the role

EY Consulting MENA is expanding its practice in Riyadh and is hiring senior‑level consultants, assistant managers, managers and senior managers. The positions involve delivering high‑impact consulting engagements across multiple industries in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Work with leading organizations across various industries in the MENA region.
• Deliver consulting engagements that drive sustainable business transformation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary, cross‑geography teams.
• Support clients in solving strategic, operational, people, risk and technology challenges.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, engineering or related field.
• Relevant consulting or industry experience: 2‑6+ years for Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager, 7+ years for Manager, 10+ years for Senior Manager.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, client‑facing consulting environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across the MENA region as required.

Required skills

• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
