Content & Community Specialist

About the role

LIVSHO is a live‑commerce marketplace connecting collectors, sellers and retailers across the GCC. As a Content & Community Specialist you will own the day‑to‑day social content and community engagement, turning collector stories and live moments into short‑form video that resonates with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with campaign priorities and live‑show schedules.
• Create short‑form videos – seller spotlights, product stories, explainers and live‑show highlights – with strong openings, pacing, captions and calls to action.
• Design everyday creative assets such as show announcements and campaign graphics using brand‑consistent templates.
• Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to capture footage, gather product details and plan shoots in Jeddah.
• Manage community interaction by responding to comments, encouraging participation and routing service issues.
• Collaborate with creators and the growth lead to align content requirements and delivery timelines.
• Track performance metrics (watch time, engagement, visits) and apply insights to improve future content cycles.
• Maintain an organized asset library with proper naming conventions and permissions.

Required profile

• Portfolio that showcases short‑form video editing and explains your contribution.
• Strong Arabic writing skills and an understanding of GCC audience tone, humor and interests; fluent English.
• Confidence in handling the full video creation workflow from concept to publication.
• Good community judgment, attention to detail and ability to prioritize output against campaign needs.
• Availability for full‑time on‑site work in Jeddah, including occasional content capture during live events.
• Experience in content creation for gaming, anime, cards, collectibles or consumer marketplaces is a plus.
