Content Creator Internship

About the role

Join Trivers Associates, Saudi Arabia's first AI‑driven referral recruitment platform, as a Content Creator Intern. You will help shape the brand’s voice across LinkedIn, Instagram and other social channels, turning hiring challenges into engaging stories.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts, carousels and short scripts for LinkedIn, Instagram and related platforms.
• Transform complex recruitment concepts into clear, value‑focused content.
• Assist with basic short‑form video editing and simple graphic design tasks.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure consistent delivery.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to highlight platform features such as referrals, automation and the Referral Tracking System.

Required profile

• Strong written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Creative, idea‑driven and able to see projects through to completion.
• Coachable, receptive to feedback and able to match the brand tone.
• Portfolio of personal or academic projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Canva for graphic creation.
• CapCut or Premiere Rush for video editing.
• Basic SEO knowledge and blog formatting familiarity.
