Content & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Content & Social Media Specialist to be the daily creative voice of our clinic in Riyadh. The role combines shooting, editing and publishing short‑form video and visual content while ensuring compliance with Saudi healthcare advertising regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the clinic’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat and emerging platforms, maintaining a daily publishing cadence.
• Produce, shoot, direct and edit short‑form videos featuring doctors, health tips and treatment explainers.
• Plan and maintain the monthly content calendar, aligning posts with health awareness dates, clinic milestones and cultural moments.
• Monitor real‑time engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and grow WhatsApp broadcast channels while staying PDPL‑compliant.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and continuously optimise content formats and publishing times.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing social media and creating original short‑form video content, preferably in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Demonstrated ability to balance clinical accuracy with creative storytelling.
• Fluent copywriting in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn native tools and analytics dashboards.
• Mobile video shooting and editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Graphic design and content creation with Canva or Adobe Express.
• Understanding of Saudi healthcare advertising and PDPL compliance requirements.
