About the role
The Contract Advisor will support Saudi Aramco's contract management processes, ensuring contracts are drafted, negotiated, executed, and monitored in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements. The role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to work with data visualization and reporting tools.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting to execution and compliance monitoring.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply‑chain teams to align contracts with business needs.
- Utilize dashboards, Excel, Power BI and Word to track contract performance and generate reports.
- Interpret and apply technical and industry‑specific terminology related to contracts, procurement and compliance.
- Stay updated on Saudi Aramco’s internal contract standards and procedures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in contract management, procurement or related fields.
- Excellent oral and written English proficiency.
- Familiarity with technical terms and industry jargon in contracts and compliance.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- Power BI.
- Microsoft Word.
- Dashboard creation and analysis.
