Contract Manager – FIDIC Contracts

About the role

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the administration of FIDIC‑based contracts across its Master Development Unit projects in Saudi Arabia. The role supports the FIDIC Engineer and collaborates with clients, delivery partners and project teams to ensure contractual compliance and effective risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Administer FIDIC Red, Yellow and Silver Book contracts, including execution, variations, amendments and close‑out.
• Prepare and review contractual correspondence, notices, determinations and certifications.
• Monitor employer and contractor obligations, maintain contract registers, claims and variation logs.
• Evaluate and negotiate contractor claims, extensions of time, payment applications and final accounts.
• Coordinate delay analyses, disruption assessments and entitlement calculations.
• Produce regular contract management reports, dashboards and updates for project reviews.
• Support contract close‑out activities such as release of retention, warranties and outstanding claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in contract administration, contracts management or commercial management on large‑scale construction programmes.
• Proven experience administering FIDIC contracts within an engineering, PMC or consultancy environment.
