Contract Specialist – EPCM Projects (Jubail)

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to join our Project Delivery Group in Jubail. You will support the development, negotiation and administration of contracts for large‑scale EPCM mining and infrastructure projects, ensuring commercial effectiveness and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support contracting strategies and tendering activities for EPCM projects.
• Prepare, review, negotiate and administer construction and service contracts.
• Manage bidder pre‑qualification, bid evaluations, negotiations and contract awards.
• Coordinate contract changes, variations, claims and close‑out activities.
• Monitor contractor compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
• Maintain contract records, reporting and contract management systems.
• Work closely with procurement, legal, project controls and project teams to manage contractual risks and commercial matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Experience in EPCM, mining, industrial or major capital projects.
• Strong background in contract drafting, negotiation and administration.
• Knowledge of commercial terms, contract risk management and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with FIDIC and other industry‑standard contract forms.
• Understanding of Saudi contracting practices and local content requirements; Arabic language skills are an asset.
