About the role
The Contracts Administrator will manage commercial agreements, provide contract support, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and contracts to mitigate risk and optimize opportunities.
- Provide ongoing commercial and contract support, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory practices.
- Support pre‑ and post‑contract award processes and maintain contract logs and tracking sheets.
- Analyze variations to cost and schedule, report risks and opportunities, and recommend procedural improvements.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, operations and other functions to resolve contract‑related issues.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of experience in contract administration within the oil & gas, energy or industrial gases sector.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Economics, Business, Engineering, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial contract management.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with Saudi market vendors and suppliers.
