Contracts Advisor - PMT Experience (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Eram Talent is recruiting an experienced Contracts Advisor with PMT (Project Management Team) experience to join its team in Saudi Arabia. As part of the ERAM Group's recruitment division, the role provides expert contract management support for capital projects, ensuring compliance and efficient contract execution within the energy and infrastructure sectors. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts related to capital projects within the PMT framework
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and company policies
• Collaborate with project managers, legal, finance and procurement teams to manage the contract lifecycle
• Identify, evaluate and mitigate contractual risks
• Manage contract amendments, claims and dispute resolution processes
• Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance and timely delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and contract records throughout project phases

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 12+ years of experience as a Contracts Specialist in Oil & Gas projects with strong project management exposure
• In-depth understanding of the contract lifecycle, from initiation and scope definition to execution and close-out
• Familiarity with lump-sum, unit-price and time-and-materials agreements
• Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks and internal procurement procedures
• Experience in contract administration, including performance monitoring, compliance tracking and change control
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic project environments

Required skills

• Ability to prepare, review and coordinate contract documentation through internal approval and execution workflows
• Proficiency in generating detailed reports, charts, summaries and presentations for budgeting, forecasting and decision-making
• Proficiency in contract management systems and project management tools
