Contracts Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the contract management function for its construction projects. In this strategic position you will ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that contract terms align with the organization’s operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and administer project contracts from inception to close‑out.
• Monitor contract performance, ensure compliance, and mitigate contractual risks.
• Review and analyse contracts, especially FIDIC agreements, and provide guidance to project managers.
• Prepare regular contract reports and maintain accurate contract records.
• Resolve contractual disputes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of contract management experience in construction or engineering.
• Deep knowledge of contract law and familiarity with FIDIC contracts.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to high ethical standards.
