BIM Coordinator – Infrastructure (Full‑time)

About the role

ARX is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join its Dubai site office. The role focuses on coordinating civil and infrastructure BIM models, ensuring they are ready for federation, clash detection and information exchange across a range of infrastructure disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and verify infrastructure BIM models covering earthworks, corridors, alignments, pavement build‑ups, utilities, utility corridors, airfield ground lighting, landscape and external works.
• Run clash detection, model audits and produce clash reports using Navisworks Manage, ACC/BIM 360 and ACONEX.
• Support 4D sequencing, 5D quantity extraction and model‑based progress reporting.
• Maintain ISO 19650‑aligned CDE workflows, including naming conventions, revision control and transmittals.
• Collaborate with discipline engineers to resolve modelling inconsistencies and document coordination risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology or related field.
• Minimum 8 years BIM experience, including at least 4 years as a discipline BIM Coordinator on large infrastructure or transportation projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, BEP compliance, MIDP/TIDP principles and CDE processes.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure models with building, MEP and utility models.
