About the role

As a Core/Reservation Supervisor at Four Seasons Red Sea Resort, you will lead the Core Team to ensure seamless communication between guests and hotel departments. You will oversee daily operations within the Core (Communication Center), handling guest requests, calls and internal communications with accuracy, efficiency and warmth.

Key responsibilities

Lead the Core Team to provide timely and courteous guest communication.
Manage daily operations of the Communication Center, ensuring all guest requests and calls are processed accurately.
Coordinate internal communications between hotel departments to support guest services.
