Corporate Finance Manager – Treasury

About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager (Treasury) to lead finance and treasury initiatives for a large‑scale development organisation in Saudi Arabia. The role supports strategic funding, capital‑structure optimisation, financial modelling and transaction execution to drive long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies aligned with long‑term financial objectives.
• Manage liquidity planning, cash‑flow forecasting and funding requirements.
• Lead structuring and execution of debt, equity and project‑finance transactions.
• Negotiate financing terms, loan agreements and covenants with banks and lenders.
• Support mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments and other strategic transactions, including financial modelling and valuation.
• Monitor and mitigate liquidity, interest‑rate and other treasury risks, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA, CFA, FRM or CTP highly desirable.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, treasury or project finance.
• Proven track record in debt raising, capital‑structure management and financial modelling.
• Experience executing financing transactions, refinancing, project finance or M&A, preferably within Big Four advisory, investment banks or capital‑intensive sectors.
• Knowledge of the Saudi financing landscape and banking market is an advantage.
