Corporate Procurement Senior Buyer

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Procurement Senior Buyer to manage the sourcing and acquisition of non‑trading materials, supplies, equipment and services. The role ensures that the organization receives the best value through effective vendor management, timely delivery, and accurate purchase order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage vendors across multiple markets to obtain the latest technologies and competitive pricing.
• Maintain and update the approved supplier list, adding new vendors and removing under‑performing ones.
• Evaluate vendor quotes, negotiate terms, and monitor performance to improve the purchasing process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define procurement needs, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Create and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in developing specifications for equipment, materials and services, proposing alternative solutions when appropriate.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0‑3 years of experience in procurement or related purchasing functions.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
