Corporate Sales Manager (Saudi National)

About the role

The Corporate Sales Manager will lead the hotel’s corporate revenue generation in Riyadh, focusing on acquiring new accounts and expanding existing corporate relationships. This role works closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence and profitability while representing the Sofitel Riyadh brand in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a proactive corporate sales strategy aligned with the hotel’s revenue and marketing plans.
• Identify, target, and prospect new corporate accounts, establishing strong relationships.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, manage proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimise pricing, packaging and yield strategies for corporate business.
• Coordinate with F&B and other departments to tailor offers and ensure delivery of service standards.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, road‑shows and client visits to promote the hotel and secure business.
• Provide regular account reviews, forecasting and reporting to senior management.
• Liaise with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral for the corporate segment.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a minimum of 3‑5 years corporate sales experience in a luxury hotel.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, capable of engaging C‑level clients.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities and a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced luxury environment and uphold the hotel’s brand standards.
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
