Corporate Travel Manager

About the role

The Corporate Travel Manager oversees all travel activities for the organization, ensuring efficient operations, cost control, and compliance with policies. The role supports executives, employees, guests, and VIP visitors by delivering high‑quality travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain corporate travel policies and procedures.
• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, visas and insurance.
• Coordinate travel for executives, senior management, board members and VIP guests.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with airlines, hotels, travel agencies and other vendors.
• Maintain vendor relationships, evaluate performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and manage the annual travel budget, monitor expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Review and approve travel invoices and expense reports; generate spending reports.
• Oversee visa applications, renewals and immigration requirements, ensuring compliance with international regulations.
• Monitor travel advisories, security risks and health requirements; develop contingency plans.
• Supervise travel coordinators, provide training and performance management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in corporate travel management, hospitality, airline operations or travel services.
• Proven experience managing executive and VIP travel arrangements.
• Experience negotiating contracts with travel vendors.
