Country Manager – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Country Manager to launch and grow our FMCG brand in Saudi Arabia. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset to build a trusted household name.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a market‑entry and growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Own full P&L for Saudi operations, setting revenue, profit and market‑share targets.
• Localise product portfolio, pricing and promotions to Saudi consumer preferences.
• Lead brand‑building activities across traditional and digital channels, ensuring cultural relevance.
• Expand presence on e‑commerce, online grocery and quick‑commerce platforms and develop omni‑channel sales strategies.
• Set up end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes, guaranteeing product quality and food‑safety compliance.
• Collaborate with R&D to adapt products to local taste and packaging needs.
• Recruit, develop and lead cross‑functional teams, fostering an inclusive performance culture.
• Manage relationships with distributors, regulators and government bodies to ensure compliance.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial and reputational risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading market entry and growth for FMCG brands.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L ownership.
• Deep understanding of Saudi market dynamics, consumer behaviour and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and inspire high‑performing teams.
